Are the pieces stitched or unstitched?
Every piece on the site is stitched and ready to wear. The listing says what is included - shirt, trouser and, for three-piece suits, the dupatta.
How do I choose my size?
Measure a kameez you already own and like, lay it flat, and compare it with the size guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Will the colour match the photograph?
We photograph in daylight with minimal retouching, and name each colour on the listing. If what arrives does not match, tell us and we will put it right.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan and to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK and most other countries. International orders arrive in 7 to 14 working days after dispatch. We confirm the international delivery charge with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, and any customs duties are paid by the recipient.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes - within 7 days of delivery, for a different size or colour, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has its tags. Each piece can be exchanged once. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or bank transfer - we send the account details by email and WhatsApp, and your order ships once the transfer is confirmed. Card payments are coming soon.
