These terms apply when you use ayeshay.net or place an order with Ayeshay Collection. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We photograph every piece in daylight with minimal retouching and name each colour on its listing. Screens differ, so small variations in colour and shade are possible and are not a fault. Garment measurements are in our Size Guide.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot confirm payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about a product you bought. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated.

Content

All photographs, text, designs and logos on this site belong to Ayeshay Collection. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
