This policy explains what personal information Ayeshay Collection collects when you use ayeshay.net or order from us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@ayeshay.net.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you buy.
When you create an account: your name, email address, saved addresses and order history. Your password is stored only in a protected, one-way form that we cannot read.
When you contact us, subscribe or leave a review: your message, your email address and anything else you choose to share.
When you browse: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to keep the site secure and working. Analytics tools collect browsing information only if you accept them - see our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect or store card details. Payments are made by cash on delivery or bank transfer.

How we use it

to process, deliver and support your orders
to answer your questions and handle exchanges and refunds
to send newsletters and offers, but only if you have subscribed
to prevent fraud and keep the site secure
to meet our legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

Courier companies - your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order
Service providers that run the website, host our data and send our emails on our behalf, such as Cloudflare
Authorities, where the law requires it

Where it is kept

Our website and data are hosted with Cloudflare, whose network operates worldwide, so your information may be processed outside Pakistan. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Email hello@ayeshay.net and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
